Matthew Badiali M.S.
CEO and Director
Mr. Badiali is a geologist, writer, and financial analyst. He spent 18 years covering the natural resources markets for Stansberry Research.
He holds a Master’s of Science degree in geology from Florida Atlantic University.
Over the course of his career, he travelled all over the world to visit projects in oil, mining, and finance. His research appeared in Bloomberg, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal and Barrons.
He founded of Mangrove Investor Media, a publishing company in 2020.
Chris Lloyd
V.P. Exploration
Chris Lloyd is an exploration geologist with more than 35 years’ experience throughout the Americas. He worked coast to coast in Canada before moving to Mexico in 1994 to work with Cominco Ltd until 2001.
In 2005 he co-founded Soltoro Ltd. which found the El Rayo Silver deposit in Jalisco. Agnico Eagle acquired Soltoro for $31.6 million in 2015.
More recently, Chris led the startup and exploration program through to discovery at Vizsla Silver’s Panuco Project
Charles Funk, BSS, BSc (Hons)
Technical Advisor
Charles Funk is the CEO and Director of Heliostar Metals (TSX V: HSTR), which is developing the Ana Paula gold project in Mexico
He has over 14 years of industry experience for major and junior mining and companies including Newcrest Mining and Evrim Resources.
Charles is a geologist specializing in business development for gold, silver and copper projects from early stage to production. Charles has led or supported multiple deposit discoveries in Mexico and Australia.
He has extensive experience in capital markets. And he’s raised more than $60 million for exploration and development in his career.
